Standard Valve Range
For multiple applications the Hobbs Valve TOV (triple offset butterfly valve) is a zero-leakage solution that is versatile enough in service to be able to outperform any other butterfly valve in its class, uni/bi-directionally, where full bore is not a pre-requisite but ultimate performance is a must. Hobbs’ product range represents a range that is extremely easy to maintain and the associated change out-times for spare part replacements are by far the quickest in the market.
This manifests as next to no down time and, in turn, drastic cost savings – the cost of ownership of the Hobbs Valve TOV range is significantly less than competitors’. For the entire range Hobbs Valve has true circularity of the disc/seat and has had this integral to its design since 2005. Hobbs Valve feel it would be misleading to call this circularity a ‘4th Offset’.
Tomorrows Valve Today
Hobbs Valve has redesigned the basic unchanged Triple Offset Butterfly valve and incorporated new performance enhancing operational features, allowing for a more simplified manufacturing process. The result is our exclusive patented range of superior performance zero leakage bi-directional triple offset butterfly valves, suitable for extreme pressure/temperature applications.
The TVT range (Tomorrow’s Valve Today) consists of 2″-48″ 150, 300 & 600 lb pressure class ratings along with -196ºC (cryogenic) and double block & bleed butterfly valves. All of which are manufactured in a wide range of materials from high specification metals including carbon and stainless steels, through to the high tensile or corrosion resistant aluminium bronze, 6 moly, titanium, duplex and super duplex.
